This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium hospitality team known for exceptional service, elevated food, wine and spirit experiences, and a vibrant guest environment.**What You’ll Do*** Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.* Manage reservations, waitlists, seating flow, and guest pacing to support a smooth dining experience.* Communicate guest needs and important details to servers, management, wine specialists, and support teams.* Assist with VIP guests, special requests, and front-door hospitality standards.* Guide guests to retail, wine, cheese, or dining areas as needed.* Support takeout orders, phone inquiries, and guest communication with accuracy and care.* Help maintain a polished, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.**What We’re Looking For*** Previous host, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.* A warm, professional presence and a passion for exceptional guest service.* Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.* Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, reservations, and POS systems.* A collaborative, team-oriented approach.* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.* Ability to stand, walk, and move comfortably throughout the shift.**Why Wally’s?**At Wally’s, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.
