Restaurant Opening Manager at Taco John's - $16-18/hour, ! Join Our Restaurant Customer Service Team in Colby, KS!
Looking for a leadership role with competitive pay and morning hours? Taco John's in Colby, Kansas is hiring an Opening Manager for $16-18/hour with early shifts from 6:30am-1:00pm, 6:30am-2:00pm, and/or mid shifts from 11:00am - 7:00pm! Work full-time (30-40 hours/week) or part-time (15-30 hours/week), get quarterly bonuses, free food, PTO, and major holidays off!

What You'll Do as a Opening ManagerForget boring routines! As a Opening Manager, you'll:

- Ensure our made-from-scratch menu items meet our high standards
- Connect with customers while managing both counter and drive-through
- Create a fun atmosphere where team members thrive
- Master both Restaurant Customer Service and food preparation roles
- Monitor product quality and maintain our standards
- Support your team with clear direction and positive leadership
- Competitive pay: $16.00-$18.00/hour based on experience
