Our Kelly Education Clinical Director is accountable for:

• Providing leadership to therapeutic providers
• Quality of team service delivery
• Execution of team talent processes
• Client and consumer relationship management
• Operational management and efficiency
• Supporting strategic growth initiatives
• Managing and maintaining a patient care caseload and director responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Required license and certification of specific discipline

Seeking a minimum of 3-5 years of pediatric therapy experience with prior leadership and supervisory experience highly preferred.

Base pay range for this position is $73,875– $98,500 per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
