About the Role:
Home Helpers of Westchase is looking for a motivated and organized Scheduling and Field Support Coordinator to join our growing team in Odessa, FL. This is a dynamic role where you'll be the backbone of our field operations — keeping schedules running smoothly and ensuring our team has the support they need to succeed. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for field staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency
• Covering shift call outs and open shifts
• Assisting with offfice administrative duties
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field personnel and office operations
• Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to accommodate changes, cancellations, or urgent needs
• Communicate daily assignments, updates, and instructions to field team members
• Maintain accurate records of scheduling, attendance, and field activity logs
• Assist with onboarding and orientation logistics for new field staff
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or gaps in coverage proactively

Requirements:

• Must have Valid Drivers License 
• Must have Reliable transportation
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• Willing to commute between Hillsborough and Pinellas county
• Must have open availability
• Prior experience in scheduling, dispatch, or field coordination preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRMs, or similar digital tools
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
