Senior People Analytics Analyst

Seeking a highly analytical Senior People Analytics Analyst, this full-time position will manage workforce data to provide actionable insights, maintain HRIS data integrity, and streamline processes through automation while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Run employee reports and dashboards, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders Maintain data integrity within the HRIS, building automations and workflows to enhance operational efficiency Support survey implementation and analysis, translating results into themes and recommendations for strategic decisions Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an HR, People Analytics, or analytics-focused role Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables, and strong PowerPoint presentation abilities Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably Rippling Demonstrated interest and experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling dashboards and presentations
