In this role, you will support the seamless coordination of Purchasing, Receiving, and Storeroom operations, ensuring every department is thoughtfully equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding our commitment to precision, efficiency, and service excellence.What You Will DoSupervise and collaborate with the Receiving and Storeroom teams to ensure all incoming goods are properly documented, dated, priced, and rotated in accordance with Four Seasons standards, while supporting the timely and accurate fulfillment of requisitions to meet operational needs across the hotel.Ensure full compliance with all local and corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls within the Purchasing function while verifying that all purchase requests are accurately documented, properly approved, and completed prior to the creation of purchase orders and procurement of goods.Contribute to month-end, quarterly, and annual inventory processes for food, beverage, and operating equipment, while ensuring all incoming goods are accurately issued, stored, priced, and rotated.
