Our Practice: Hempfield Dental Care 845 Silver Spring Plaza, Suite A, Lancaster, PA 17601 Garden Spot Dental Care 101 W Main St, New Holland, PA 17557 Hiring Schedule: Monday: 9:00am-6:00pm (Hempfield) Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm (Hempfield) Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm (Garden Spot) Thursday: 7:00am-5:00pm (Garden Spot) Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm (Rotating - Garden Spot) Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience. Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice. Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience. Qualifications: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing. At least 1-2 years of clinical experience post-residency, preferred.
