Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Customer Service Representative III - Senior. Summary: The Client Support Analyst supports internal business operations by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of client payment requests submitted through online banking and payment platforms. This role is responsible for conducting client callback verifications to confirm payment instructions, ensuring transactions comply with applicable regulations, and reviewing payment requests for accuracy prior to approval and processing. The position also involves approving transactions within established authorization limits and maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review client payment transfer requests in a timely manner
• Conduct callback confirmations to validate payment instructions
• Communicate applicable regulatory requirements related to payment transactions
• Review payment instructions for completeness and accuracy before processing
• Approve transactions within delegated authorization limits
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn and understand payment processing and wire transfer procedures
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems
