The employee will be scheduled at the Apple Valley location but at times will be expected to float to other Urgent Care locations if needed. The employee would need to be available on the days and hours of operation at the sites.Principle Responsibilities:AssessmentImplementationEvaluationCollaborationDiagnosisOutcomes IdentificationPlanningQuality of PracticeEducationProfessional Practice EvaluationCollegialityEthicsResearchResource UtilizationLeadershipEnvironmental HealthCharge Nurse (only when acting in this role)Preceptor (only when acting in this role)Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Associate's or Vocational degree in nursingPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in nursing1 year of urgent care experience or1 year of emergency department experienceLicenses/Certifications:Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing requiredMust meet at least ONE of the requirements below:Current BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationCurrent BLS certification from the American Red CrossAllina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)Physical Demands:Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequentlyPay Range: $40.08 to $54.93 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
