In this part‑time position, you will provide friendly, accurate, and professional service while assisting members with everyday financial transactions and account needs. What You’ll Do As a Part-Time Member Services Representative, you will: Welcome members and provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and electronically Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently Assist members with account questions and credit union services Support members with online banking and account access needs Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions while researching discrepancies Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that may benefit members Maintain accurate records while following all credit union policies and procedures Support branch operations through administrative tasks such as answering phones, scanning, filing, and data entry What We’re Looking For Experience Customer service, cash handling, retail, or financial experience preferred Education High School Diploma or GED required Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Professionalism and confidentiality Comfortable using computers and financial systems Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment What Success Looks Like Delivering service aligned with The North Star Way Creating positive and professional member experiences Accurately processing transactions and balancing daily work Supporting branch operations with reliability and teamwork Building trusted relationships with members and coworkers Why Join Us?
