• Lead Performance Improvement (PI), Risk Management, and Infection Prevention programs
• Drive regulatory readiness (CMS, Joint Commission or equivalent)

• Educate and engage clinical teams around best practices and patient safety
• Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
