Recruiter Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)

• Recruit, screen, and onboard new employees.
• Post job openings and schedule interviews. Maintain employee files and process HR paperwork.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee support.
• Provide office, reception, and recruiting event support.

Recruiter Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous recruiting experience required, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities in a professional office environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements.
