ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of four. I’ve been with State Farm for over 31 years and have owned two different agencies during my career, which has given me a deep understanding of the business and what it takes to build a successful, sustainable office. I’m also a Marine Corps veteran, and that background influences my leadership style—focused, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mick Lundy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
