Join us as a

* Conduct initial and periodic supplier audits to assess quality systems, manufacturing processes, and compliance with company standards.
* Develop and maintain supplier audit schedules and reports.
* Track and analyze supplier performance metrics such as defect rates, delivery reliability, and responsiveness.
* Maintain supplier scorecards and communicate results to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
* Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues, including non-conformances, defective materials, and process failures.
* Lead root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone, and Five Whys.
* Coordinate and verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Work with suppliers to implement process improvements, reduce waste, and optimize quality.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions for suppliers on quality tools and best practices.
* Provide technical guidance to suppliers regarding product specifications, quality standards, and testing requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, procurement) to resolve technical and quality issues.
* Assess and mitigate risks associated with supplier quality, including supply chain disruptions and compliance failures.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Act as the primary point of contact for supplier quality issues and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Engineering understanding (mechanical and electrical; print reading)
• Supplier Quality Management
• Analytical competency (data mining, problem analysis; strong Excel skills)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent
