Warehouse Coordinator
Full-Time | Warehouse & Logistics
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations in frozen and dry storage environments. This role requires strong organizational skills, inventory management experience, and forklift operation expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, unload, store, and move inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Utilize ERP systems and RF scanners for inventory transactions.
- Follow FIFO inventory practices and maintain warehouse organization.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1+ year of reach truck experience (required).
- Forklift operating experience and ability to obtain certification.
- Experience with inventory control systems, ERP software, and RF scanners.
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (24°F to -10°F).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
