Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Pines at Southmoor Apartments in Greeley. We are offering up to $26/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• 2+years' experience in general maintenance
• Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
• Strong knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
• Knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Problem solving skills
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
