Business Operations Assistant Analyst

Overview As a Business Operations Assistant Analyst, you will play a key role in how our agency understands and manages its resources and scope. You will be responsible for reporting and analyzing scope and resource data to build variance analyses that guide projected resource plans – work that directly informs strategic decisions across the agency. Success in this role is defined by your ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analysis while maintaining the consistency and integrity of data across all clients and workstreams. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with data and energized by finding the story within it. You bring an analytical mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and the curiosity to ask better questions. You communicate clearly across all levels of an organization and take initiative in identifying opportunities to work smarter. Responsibilities Weekly data management across all clients and resources Consolidating and integrating reports across multiple sources Providing accurate daily and weekly reporting to stakeholders of all levels Bringing analytical rigor and precision to all reporting deliverables Providing insights into trends and seasonality Applying analytical curiosity and AI tools across all tasks Identifying opportunities to automate analyses and drive process improvements and efficiencies Partnering with resource and operations managers to understand variances in projects and staffing Managing deadlines and communicating issues, concerns, and questions in a timely manner Working extended hours, including weekends, as required Performing all other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another quantitative discipline Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation Demonstrated ability to aggregate, clean, and parse large datasets Experience presenting data insights across multiple levels of an organization Experience using AI tools for analysis and within Microsoft Office tools Experience in process management and improvement Intellectual curiosity and forward‑thinking approach to all tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Proven problem‑solving and critical thinking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify errors or conflict in data feeds and provide thoughtful solutions Prior experience in consulting or advertising in an analytics or operations role is a plus Benefits & Compensation Publicis Groupe provides robust and inclusive benefit programs and policies to support the evolving and diverse needs of our talent and enable every person to grow and thrive.
