Tax Preparer - CPA Firm We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Preparer to assist with the preparation of individual and business tax returns. The right candidate will have experience preparing business and complex individual tax returns Responsibilities
- Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
- Organize and analyze client financial information
- Assist with tax research and compliance matters
- Respond to basic IRS and state notices
- Support senior staff during tax season
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience (public accounting preferred)
- Knowledge of federal and state tax rules
- Experience with tax software and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
