Industrial Maintenance Technician | Brighton, CO

We're hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and experience with industrial machinery, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule:

• 12-hour rotating shifts

• 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off

• Day and Night shifts available

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Maintain conveyors, motors, and automated machinery

• Read schematics and blueprints

• Support PLC-controlled equipment

• Document maintenance activities and repairs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with conveyors and automated equipment

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and industrial machinery

• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints

• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
