Our Forensic practice investigates problems in the built environment and provides evidence-based solutions founded on rigorous science and physics. We assist attorneys, property managers, building owners, contractors, manufacturers, and design professionals with a wide range of engineering and architectural issues.

Your Role
As a Structural Project Engineer in our Forensics Practice, you’ll take on a key technical and coordination role, owning complex design challenges, guiding junior engineers, and shaping the delivery of innovative forensic solutions. You’ll work across disciplines, contribute to project management, and begin stepping into more client-facing opportunities. What You’ll Do

• Lead and refine structural evaluations and failure analyses, solving project challenges with strong engineering judgment.

• Drive the quality of deliverables by organizing information clearly and reviewing junior staff’s work.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, legal teams, insurance professionals, contractors, and other stakeholders while taking on increased responsibility for technical decisions.

• Support junior team members through effective delegation and feedback, helping build a strong and collaborative team culture.

• Grow your project leadership skills by assisting with project management activities and engaging in client-facing opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred.

• Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred.

• 4+ years of structural engineering experience with proficiency in analysis and documentation tools like SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, RISA-3D, PCA software, Revit, or AutoCAD.

• Solve complex problems with confidence, balancing priorities, and adapting designs effectively.

• Lead coordination across disciplines, communicate clearly, and mentor junior staff while growing your professional presence.
