Licensed Health Insurance Representative

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known customer engagement and contact center solutions provider in Blue Bell, PA. We are now hiring Licensed Health Insurance Representatives who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

$20.00 - $21.50/hour

Flexible 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Bonus and commission opportunities

Temp-to-hire opportunity

Voluntary overtime available

Representative Responsibilities

• Educate customers on healthcare insurance plans and coverage options
• Assist members in selecting plans that fit their needs
• Answer questions regarding benefits, claims, and coverage
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment

Representative Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active Pennsylvania Health Insurance License (Accident & Health)
• Call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
