Key Responsibilities: Develop & Execute Digital Strategies: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver seamless product experiences that enhance user engagement. Market Research & Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure products remain competitive and innovative. Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and user feedback to iterate on products and drive continuous improvements, optimizing for user satisfaction and product performance. Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage the product roadmap, setting clear priorities and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features and enhancements. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on digital products. Proven track record of successful product launches and managing product lifecycles. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategic planning. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with digital platforms, user experience design, and agile methodologies.
