Job Summary: The Nurse Supervisor plays a crucial role in providing support and oversight to Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Medical Assistants while delivering high-quality nursing care on the overnight shift. In this role, you will assist healthcare providers, ensure compliance with quality indicators, and contribute to the overall mission of furthering health and wellness in our community. Your leadership will help motivate a dedicated staff while upholding the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and support to Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Medical Assistants.
• Assist healthcare providers during patient exams and gather patient history.
• Ensure compliance with all quality indicators as defined by governing bodies.
• Deliver patient education and counseling tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain strong communication with team members to achieve the vision and mission of the health center.
• Conduct performance evaluations and training plans for supervisees.
• Facilitate open communication through regular staff meetings.
• Coordinate workflow within department to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Integrated Health Services.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurses.
• Licensed as a RN in Missouri with current licensure by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
• Two years of experience as a RN in a physician office setting is highly desired.
• OR
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Licensed Practical Nurses.
• Licensed as an LPN in Missouri with current licensure by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
• Three years of experience as an LPN in a physician office setting is highly desired.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain licensure in additional states and provide telehealth services as needed.

Additional Qualifications:

• Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
• Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Must provide evidence of being free of infectious and contagious diseases, such as TB before starting employment and annually thereafter.

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, or pull.
• Involves primarily sitting, with occasional walking or standing during work hours.
