Shift 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 6 months of Epic experience is required. Requirements Candidates must have a license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Local & travel allowed. Candidates living local to the assignment area are eligible. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. Additional Details Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. One reference must be from the most recent place of employment. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months. Shift & Scheduling: Weekends as needed. 8 or 12 week contracts. Floating Requirements: May float as needed at CCF facilities. Time off: 7 days maximum. References: 2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months. Driver’s license required.
