Imformation Systems Support Tech

Overview The Information Systems Support Tech is responsible for supporting computers, telecommunications, point-of-sale, audiovisual, and hospitality systems. Responsibilities Respond promptly to all IT calls and work orders and place help calls when needed to Corporate IT and vendors. Document technical issues and resolutions through the use of help desk software. Complete daily audits of park systems. Require a full walk-through of the park at least two times per shift. Complete daily pre-opening checks of critical park systems, including point of sale, ticketing, Season Pass systems, and network health, along with a detailed check of the park’s data center. Maintain an accurate inventory of all department-owned software and hardware assets. Monitor and maintain sound and video equipment. Ensure 100% compliance with all Six Flags Information Systems policies and procedures. Assist in other areas of the IT Department. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some College Preferred. Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English. Must be capable of lifting and carrying 40 lbs. Basic knowledge of audio and video systems. Skills in data, telecommunications, and/or computer programming. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Good organizational and project management skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
