About the Role
The Company is in search of a Corporate Controller to join its executive leadership team. This role is pivotal for a proactive and high-energy accounting leader with a background in a complex, large manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of technical and operational accounting, managing a substantial team, and partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership. Key duties include leading M&A integration, driving process and operational improvements, and supporting the company's significant growth and scaling plans, particularly in the context of global operations. The ideal candidate for the Corporate Controller position at the company will have a current or recent role as a Corporate Controller or Senior Director, with a strong focus on technical accounting, M&A, integration, process improvement, and organizational transformation. Executive presence, a hands-on approach, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams are essential. The role demands an individual who is adept at working in a complex, global environment and is prepared for regular domestic and international travel. The company is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a leader who can make a substantial impact and is ready to take on the challenges of scaling a business through significant growth and M&A activity.
