Senior CMBS Analyst: CRE Finance & Credit Insights
Fitch Ratings
Fitch Ratings seeks a Senior Analyst to join the CMBS group in New York or Chicago. You will identify credit strengths and risks of CRE properties and related loan structures, and perform loan-level cash-flow underwriting to support rating conclusions. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years in underwriting or CRE valuation, plus strong Excel/Word skills and the ability to multitask in a team environment.
