Property Administrator (Real Estate & Customer Experience Coordinator)

Prologis – Property Administrator (Real Estate & Customer Experience Coordinator) As a Real Estate and Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Experience Team (CET) that serves customers across 10million square feet of industrial buildings in the South Florida market. The role involves collaborating with large e‑commerce logistics clients and smaller shop operations in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and communications support to enable the CET to focus on customer needs. Coordinate customer support requests, maintain payment information, and provide actionable insights to the team. Maintain vendor contracts and payments, and prepare annual payment schedules for tenant distribution. Keep accurate records of utility meters, lockboxes, fire alarm codes, and customer contact information. Review and post monthly rent charges, enter work order tickets, and process accounts payable. Work with the property manager, maintenance technician, and vendors to coordinate maintenance resolution. Adhere to company property‑management policies, codes, regulations, and governmental directives. Ensure all property records are maintained in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 3+ years of experience in an administrative, customer‑service, real‑estate, or related role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills. Strong mathematical and analytical abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Positive, proactive work ethic and attention to detail. Demonstrated tact, discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish/English. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple properties. Knowledge of CRM systems such as Yardi or Salesforce. Familiarity with real‑estate processes and documentation (purchase agreements, leases, etc.). Willingness to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools. Salary and Benefits Hourly rate: $27.89 – $38.46 (annual range $58000 – $80000) based on location, experience, and market data.
