Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the organic and paid social media strategy across global channels to increase brand awareness and engagement Manage the social content calendar, writing compelling copy and collaborating with design teams to produce high-performing visual and video assets Monitor social channels, engage with the community, and manage social listening tools to surface trends and audience sentiment Analyze social performance metrics, build regular reporting dashboards, and run experiments to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion Partner with product marketing, content, and demand-gen teams to amplify major launches, campaigns, and events Manage social media management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and paid ad managers (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager) What We Are Looking For 3-5 years of professional social media management experience in a high-growth B2B or B2C technology company Demonstrated portfolio of successful social campaigns, viral content, or community growth metrics Deep familiarity with social analytics platforms, tracking links, UTM parameters, and ROI attribution Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt brand voice across different social networks Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field Bonus: Experience with short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels) and basic graphic design tools like Figma or Canva #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
