It continues on as we teach our clients and their circle of support how to obtain positive, sustainable outcomes.Job Title: Program DirectorLocation: Orange County, CA and surrounding cities (Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Fullerton, Orange, Garden Grove, Mission Viejo, and Newport Beach)Compensation: $97,652.92 salary + opportunities for quarterly bonusesAbout the Role: CBEM is seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Director to lead our Critical Intervention Team serving Orange County, CA and surrounding communities, including Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Fullerton, Orange, Garden Grove, Mission Viejo, and Newport Beach. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of intervention specialists, and serve as the primary liaison with the Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC). Your clinical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality service delivery while advancing CBEM's mission and values.What You'll Do:Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists.Ensure the quality of client services, overseeing case reviews, and stabilization plans.Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach.Manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals.Lead team meetings, acknowledge successes, and promote employee development.What We're Looking For:Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related fields.3+ years of experience in team management.Strong knowledge of DSM-V, Applied Behavior Analysis, and experience working with developmental disabilities.Leadership skills that foster a culture of inclusivity and excellence.Why Join Us?
