Are you an empathetic, detail-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of healthcare members? We are seeking a dedicated Grievance & Appeals Coordinator I to join a collaborative, tight-knit team in Ohio! In this production-focused role, you will analyze and resolve verbal and written claims and authorization appeals from healthcare providers, as well as pursue resolutions for formal grievances submitted by members. Working closely with a team, you will ensure that all appeals and grievances are handled efficiently and effectively.
