Prep Cook – Scratch Kitchen
We're looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our fast-paced, high-volume scratch kitchen. If you take pride in quality, work efficiently under pressure, and have strong knife skills, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes and chef specifications
- Maintain consistency and quality in all prep work
- Demonstrate excellent knife skills and safe food handling practices
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
- Assist the line as needed during service
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Previous prep cook or line cook experience required
- Strong knife skills and experience working with fresh ingredients
- Experience in a scratch kitchen preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
