About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key business partner, driving the company's financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO or in a comparable senior financial leadership role, with extensive experience in M&A, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management. Experience in partnering with private equity-backed organizations and a history of leading organizational growth and transformational initiatives are also essential. The role demands a professional who can lead process improvement efforts to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
