This dynamic position empowers you to serve an estimated 50-60 diverse students, working within schools such as Camber, Bridges Academy, New Chelsea Elementary, Emerson Elementary, and Welborn Elementary. With the independence to craft your daily schedule, you'll visit between one and three schools per day, tailoring your approach to best meet student needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapy license issued by the state of Kansas
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based OT setting (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional organizational abilities to independently manage schedules and documentation
• Commitment to promoting inclusivity and supporting students with various abilities and diagnoses

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to help students achieve their IEP goals and thrive in the academic environment
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to ensure holistic support
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Maintain comprehensive, timely records in alignment with state and district guidelines
