Join Our Hospital Medicine Team

Northwest Permanente (NWP) is the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwest Washington with 1,500+ physicians and 300+ administrative professionals caring for 615,000+ Kaiser Permanente members. We invite applications for physicians to join our Hospital Medicine team in Vancouver, WA. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care with sensitivity and understanding for hospitalized patients and their families, seeking to ensure that patients are satisfied with the information and explanations provided regarding their care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of daytime and swing shifts to meet the demands for our patients. This is a full-time opportunity.

What You Can Expect:

• An experienced support staff
• Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR
• Opportunities for leadership positions within the medical group if desired
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
• 1.0 FTE strongly preferred, but 0.9 FTE (prorated compensation) schedule may be available.

Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Flexibility to work a blended schedule of days and swings

The annual salary for this position is $268,800 to $305,400 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
