What You’ll Do As our Leasing Specialist, you’ll be the heart of the community experience: Welcome future residents and guide them through the leasing journey Showcase apartment homes with confidence and personality Use strong sales techniques to meet—and sleigh—your leasing goals Deliver top-tier customer service to residents, guests, and prospects Assist with resident communication, tours, market surveys, and office tasks Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting office, clubhouse, and models Why You’ll Love This Role Higher‑than‑market MONTHLY commission! Great—but not required! When You’ll Work Our Leasing Specialist will work on-site at a beautiful apartment community. Schedules may include weekends, with flexibility as needed Please note this is a part-time position, with a schedule of 30 hours a week.
