The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills: Excellent research, writing, analytical skills, and academics; Three or more years of employee benefits and executive compensation experience in a law firm, a consulting firm, or as in‑house counsel; A background in qualified and non‑qualified retirement plans, ESOPS, health and welfare plans, deferred compensation plans, and related ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and IRC Section 409A experience. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to manage a challenging workload. The base salary range for this role is $200,000 – $235,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual’s unique qualifications and experience.
