Job Title: Superintendent (Luxury Residential/Custom Homes)
Salary: - $115-$160k base + Fully Covered Health Benefits, 401k w/ match, PTO, Auto Allowance
Requirements: Ground-up Luxury Residential or Custom Home experience (5+ years with good tenure)
We're a growing custom home builder in the Martin County and Palm Beach County market with one of the healthiest pipelines of local ground-up work.
We take pride in our employee culture and having great tenure aboard our growing team.
We're looking to bring on a strong Superintendent with Luxury home construction experience due to growth. The ideal candidate will be client facing, looking for a long-term fit, and local to the area.
Packages will include a $115k-$160k base, bonus plan, vehicle allowance, fully covered healthcare and more.
What You Need for This Role:
- Must have at least 5+ years of full-scope ground-up custom home experience
- Strong tenure + a desire to join a culture driven firm
What We Are Offering:
