Our studios focus on providing creative planning, design, and technical leadership and build diverse and cross-disciplinary teams—customized to each project—to optimize creativity and design excellence. Minimum Qualifications Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed and experience of 6 yrs to 10 + years. Effectively utilizes technical software and graphic tools. Proficiency is required in Revit, some knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD, and competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications. Excellent communication skills, team collaborator skills, and a sound working knowledge of architectural principles. Primary Roles And Responsibilities Include Works closely on a day-to-day basis with the project’s designer and manager as well as other team members. Assists in developing project documents during the design, bidding, and construction phases. Assists in developing design concepts and details. Assists with project presentations to the client and others as required. Meets established project budgets and schedules. Implements the project quality control measures. Coordinates with the construction team on a day-to-day basis during the construction phase of the project. Participates in firm sponsored training and professional development activities.
