Overview At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Service Consultant to join our team. This role is all about building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping clients achieve their goals. You’ll work with a diverse group of clients and colleagues, making a real difference every day. How You'll Make An Impact Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Identify opportunities to grow accounts by offering additional services that align with client goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account management and client satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate challenges and achieve their objectives. About You Required Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of client service and/or claims management experience. Must hold appropriate licensing as required. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Skilled in using technology to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience in managing client relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Insurance knowledge. Employee Benefit Experience Solid financial acumen. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
