The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex patient care needs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns in the NICU. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license. Minimum of Level III NICU experience required. Current BLS and NRP certifications.
