We receive patients from various sources, including the Emergency Department and outside facilities. Our patient population includes individuals with a wide range of medical diagnoses, such as diabetes, respiratory issues, and wounds. We strive to deliver safe, competent, and effective care while providing a supportive learning environment for our team members. Team members participate in interdisciplinary rounding to discuss patient care plans and quality improvement initiatives. Our work environment focuses on collaboration and effective communication among healthcare professionals. We provide experience with various medical treatments and medication regimens. Our dedicated clinical nurse preceptors ensure a thorough orientation process. We track performance metrics to enhance the quality of care we deliver.
