OT Therapy Team Leader

Therapy Team Leader Are you a licensed clinician ready to lead while continuing to provide hands‑on patient care? As a Therapy Team Leader, you balance clinical excellence with team leadership—helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes while mentoring and developing fellow therapists. What You’ll Do Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians. Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response. Support staff development and performance management. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives. Drive continuous quality improvement. Qualifications Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP required. BLS (CPR) required, or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Minimum three years discipline‑specific experience. Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred. Leadership experience preferred.
