Job Details Job Location: Granbury Clinic - Granbury, TX 76048 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School / GED Salary Range: $14.07 - $14.50 Hourly Travel Percentage: Regularly Job Shift: Day Job Category: Entry Level Responsible for maintenance of consumer records, ensuring compliance with HIPPA & confidentiality rules and regulations. Duties involve but are not limited to: compiling and checking documents for accuracy transporting documents maintaining files answers inquiries regarding policies and procedures assists the public and staff in filling out forms for records request files and maintains supplies, forms and records may perform data entry and retrieval may deliver, pick up, or receive documents, supplies, mail, equipment, or materials check for quantity and quality make arrangements for repairs and services Performs related work as assigned. Qualifications Good typing skills required Good spelling skills required Some experience in medical records Bookkeeping skills preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Have high school diploma or G.E.D. Must have a Texas driver’s license Must have a good driving record for the past 3 years PHYSICAL ABILITIES Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, lift at least 25 lbs, reach over head, and sit for an extended period of time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
