Transportation Technician

Position Highlights

Department: Transportation Tech/Transport
Hours: Part-Time 32 hours/week, Evenings

Position Summary

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to requests to transport patients and/or equipment to and from various destinations using a mobile phone, computer, or alphanumeric pager. Must be able to lift patients and move patients among various types of transportation equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude with a focus on exceptional customer service
Basic problem solving and time management skills
Ability to follow directions
Strong focus on teamwork.
Ability to transport patients with specific needs (those requiring oxygen, IV's and drainage tubes etc)
