Job Details Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 Facility Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – critical care / acute care Contract Type: Travel Nursing Contract (Travel Nurse, ICU RN) Start Date: January19,2026 End Date: April20,2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shifts – 12‑hour shifts (3x12 hours per week) Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Estimated Weekly Pay: $2130 – $2250 Technology: EpicEMR (experience with Epic preferred) Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – NewYork license or RN compact privilege preferred Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital of similar size and trauma level Experience with Epic EMR preferred Ability and willingness to work night shifts (12‑hour nights) Willingness to float to Medical‑Surgical (MS) units as needed Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with your application Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered critical care as an ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN) Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress using EpicEMR Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Float to Medical‑Surgical units when required and support acute care needs Communicate effectively with patients and families; provide education and emotional support throughout care Experience Ithaca, NY — renowned for waterfalls, its lively arts scene, and a welcoming community — while advancing your career as a travel ICU nurse.
