RN-Registered Nurse // Med Surg/Tele $1,246 weekly stipends $17 - $19/hour $612.0 - $684 weekly base pay Onsite Contract Starts 9/28/2026 13 weeks Share on Job Description Day Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week Details Departments: Med Surg Tele Unit Job Title: RN - MS Specialty: Med Surg/Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Location: Slidell, LA 70460 Shift: Day Shift 12 Hour This job acts as a leader in the provision of patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses and Scope & Standards of Practice. Effectively delegates, directs and assists licensed and ancillary team members; assumes accountability for quality patient outcomes; exhibits sensitivity to cultural, ethnic and religious diversity in all interactions; maintains involvement in activities aimed toward the achievement of unit and the department s strategic goals and objectives and demonstrates professional responsibility and accountability for his/her own practice and supports the company's philosophy of nursing. Education Required Registered nurse diploma. Preferred Education Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing. Experience Required 2 years of experience. Certifications Required Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred Certifications Certification in clinical specialty area. KSAs Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications. Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
