Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant

Type: Contract 8 Weeks

Shift: 5x8 Day Shift (Monday Friday)

Position Overview:
Medefis is seeking Physical Therapy Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in San Jose CA.

Responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists with implementing patient treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions as directed
Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapists
Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
Educate patients on therapy exercises and rehabilitation techniques
Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
Collaborate with rehabilitation team members to support positive patient outcomes

Requirements
Active California Physical Therapy Assistant License required
Current BLS Certification required
Strong communication and patient care skills required
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinical environment
