Bilingual Spanish HR Administrator

Pay $25-$28/hr Employment Type Direct Hire HR Administrator A manufacturing company is seeking an HR Administrator to provide day-to-day support to the HR Manager and assist with a variety of HR, administrative, safety, and compliance functions. Bilingual Spanish/English is required, along with previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and related documentation. Support the HR Manager with daily HR operations and employee-related activities. Coordinate new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and other employment documentation. Assist with OSHA, workplace safety, and compliance-related activities. Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed. Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion. Perform additional HR duties and projects as assigned. Requirements Previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment required. Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
