Job Overview:
A Senior Data Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role involves working with large datasets, building reports and dashboards, performing advanced analysis, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with modern data tools, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, validate, and transform large and complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business performance tracking and decision-making.
• Perform advanced data analysis, including trend analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and root cause analysis to identify patterns and insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to optimize data pipelines, data models, and data quality processes.
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and analytical approaches to ensure transparency and repeatability of analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
• Support ad hoc data requests and exploratory analysis to address urgent business needs and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and analysis tasks to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards when handling and analyzing data.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year of experience with hands on Snowflake SQL
• At least 1 year of experience Python coding along with automation scripting skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead data analyst role, working with large, complex datasets in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and manipulating data across multiple tables and databases.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, relational databases, and data warehousing principles.
• Experience with statistical analysis and analytical techniques, including descriptive and diagnostic analytics; exposure to predictive analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency with analytical tools or programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within established data governance, privacy, and security frameworks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

Pay Range: $52- $56/hr
